The next step is to review the hire agreement, price per month, and any future assessment for your building.
Depending on your requirements we look at factors such as ground conditions, customisable features, and any additional circumstances like planning, installation, etc..
We then look at the details of the actual assembly work. Necessary space around the building, access for unloading, use of a lift and crane for instance.
Throughout the term, we’ll consider agreement extension and building development or relocation. We’ll also discuss service and maintenance.
